Call for Papers

8th International Symposium on Electronics and Telecommunications

25-26 September 2008, Timisoara, Romania


The 8th International Symposium on Electronics and Telecommunications (ISETC08)
is organized by the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications from the
Politehnica University of Timisoara, Romania and the Association of Electrical
Engineers from Timisoara
in cooperation with IEEE Romania Section and the Academy of Technical Sciences
from Romania.
Its purpose is to be a forum for technical exchange amongst scientists having
interests in:
- Electronic Circuits,
- Neural Networks,
- Power Electronics,
- Robotics,
- Communications,
- Signal and Image Processing,
- Instrumentation and Measurements,
- Microwaves,
- Education.

The technical program will include plenary lectures, regular technical sessions
and special sessions.

First Keynote Speaker
Claude Berrou, France

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, up to four to six page
papers in Word format (DOC) or portable document format (PDF) to the ISETC
Technical Committee. All papers will be handled and reviewed electronically.
Accepted papers will be published in the Scientific Bulletin of the Politehnica
University of Timisoara, Trans. on Electronics & Telecommunications, ISSN
1583-3380.
