We are pleased to  announce the newly created quarterly archival journal
PHYCOM: PHYSICAL COMMUNICATION JOURNAL. The  first  issue is planned for
JANUARY 2008.

We  involved   leading   experts  to  create  a  truly  outstanding  and
distinguished Board of Responsible Editors. Our objective is to become a
premier international forum for addressing all aspects of physical layer
communications.We are determined to give detailed, constructive feedback
on submitted  papers, as well as a  fast  turn-around  time. We want  to
remain  at  the  forefront  of  research  activities and to publish high
quality, significant papers.

We invite you to submit your papers to PHYCOM Journal. Please submit the
complete manuscript (in PDF) through:

                          phycom at ece.gatech.edu

We understand how much effort goes into creating papers and accordingly,
we  aim  at  a  careful,  fair  treatment  of  all papers. All of us are
committed to doing everything to satisfy our authors' expectations!
