<p>== Paper Submission and Publication ==<br> Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least two members of the International Program Committee. The problematic (borderline) papers will be additionally evaluated by the members of the International Advisory Board and the Chairs of the conference. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings with IEEE CS (indexed by EI) with two categories: regular papers (6~8 pages), short papers (4~5 pages).

<p> Distinguished papers accepted and presented in MUE 2007, after further revisions, will be published in special issues on prestigious international journals indexed by SCI-E (Confirmed).</p>
